Delicately flavoured with Sea Salt and Demerara Sugar and lightly smoked over oak woodchips in a pebble lined traditional kiln by our Artisan Smokers, our award-winning lightly smoked salmon offers a sensory eating experience that’s evocative of the Hebridean islands.

This ready to cook fillet is perfect for all occasions and is delicious served hot or cold.  Prepared to order.  Skinless fillet.  Requires cooking before serving.

Serves 3-4 people.

Storage

Keep refrigerated at 0 to 4°C. Once opened consume within 3 days. Do not exceed the Use By Date.

Cooking Instructions

For best results oven cook.
Oven cook – from chilled. Electric 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging and place product on a lightly oiled baking tray. Oven bake for 20-22 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Can also be grilled or barbecued, or can be enjoyed cold after cooking.
