Hand cured by our Artisan Smokers with Sea Salt and Demerara Sugar and lightly smoked over oak woodchips in a pebble lined traditional kiln.  Decorated with a light and savoury seaweed butter offering a sensory eating experience that’s evocative of the Hebridean islands.

This ready to cook, generous sized portion is perfect for all occasions and is delicious served hot or cold.  Smoked to order and delivered fresh.  Skinless fillet.  Requires cooking before serving.

Cooking Instructions

For best results oven cook.
Oven cook – From Chilled. Electric 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging and place product on a lightly oiled baking tray with butter on top. Oven bake for 20-22 minutes. Can also be grilled or barbecued.
