Delicately flavoured with Sea Salt and Demerara Sugar and lightly smoked over oak woodchips in a pebble lined traditional kiln by our Artisan Smokers.  Each pack has a light and savoury seaweed butter, offering a sensory eating experience that’s evocative of the Hebridean islands.

Cooking Instructions

For best results oven cook.
Oven cook – from chilled. Electric 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging and place product on a lightly oiled baking tray. Oven bake for 20-22 minutes. Place seaweed butter on top of the product for the final 10 minutes of cooking. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Can also be grilled or barbecued, or can be enjoyed cold after cooking.
