Our artisan smokers hand cure only fresh Scottish Salmon at our smokehouse in Stornoway, using sea salt and demerara sugar before gently smoking each salmon ‘side’ using Scotch whisky cask chippings to infuse them with an enticingly rich flavour evocative of the windswept isles.

Our Artisan Smokers hand cure only fresh Scottish Salmon with Sea Salt and Demerara Sugar. We then gently smoke each salmon ‘side’, using Scotch whisky cask chippings to infuse them with a rich flavour that’s evocative of these windswept isles.

The eminent artist ‘Vega’ has created the beautiful painting which adorns our pack reflecting the craft and skill with which our Artisan Smokers prepare each cut of Harris & Lewis Smoked Scottish Salmon.
