Native Hebridean Scottish Salmon are a truly native breed, descending from wild salmon of North Uist in the remote outer Hebrides and raised on the Hebridean Islands and West Coast of Scotland.
Our unique process starts with hand-selected fillets of Native Hebridean Scottish Salmon, prized for its distinctively firm texture and outstanding flavour. Each fillet is hand-cured with sea salt and gently smoked over Scotch whisky cask chippings. The smoked sides are then left to mature, giving Native Hebridean Smoked Scottish Salmon its characteristic flavour.
